Damaged

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order arrive damaged, please let us know asap (latest within 3 days of arrival).
We will send out replacements for the damaged item, but do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item, we will kindly ask you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.
